Mode of application:
Sculptra has only been studied in immunocompetent patients as a single regimen for the correction of superficial and deep nasolabial folds and other facial wrinkles for which a crosshatch injection technique is appropriate. Use of Sculptra should be limited to a single regimen of up to four sessions spaced three weeks apart using a linear injection technique or grid tunneling to inject a maximum of 2.5 ml per side into the deep dermis.
